Bernoulli’s Theorem:-The total energy of a small amount of the incompressible fluid flowing from one point to another without friction, remains constant throughout the motion. Torricelli’s Theorem:- The velocity of efflux of a liquid through an orifice is the same as that acquired by a freely falling body from the surface of the liquid to the orifice. Efflux:-It means flow of liquid. Listern of mercury:- It means that a reservoir of mercury in a leather pouch Orifice:- It means a small hole. Velocity Gradient:-The change of velocity with respect to the distance. Pressure Gradient:- The change of pressure with respect to the distance in a particular direction.
